Abstract
This NIJ Standard-0108.01 supersedes NIJ Standard-0108.00, dated December 1981. It adds a new threat level (III-A, 44 Magnum and Submachine Gun 9 mm) and establishes threat level classifications that are consistent with other NIJ standards for ballistic protection. Requirements include workmanship, labeling, and ballistic resistance. Table.
